Cookie policy
This page explains what cookies and similar technologies we use, why we use them, and how you can control them. For a broader overview of how we handle personal data, see our privacy policy.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small piece of text stored by your browser when you visit a site. Some cookies are essential to the operation of the site; others help measure how it's used or remember preferences.
2. Categories we use
Strictly necessary. Required for the site to work — keeping you signed in, processing your booking, and storing your consent choice. These cookies are set without consent because the site cannot function without them.
Analytics. We do not currently set any analytics cookies. If we add any in future, we will update this page and ask you to make a fresh consent choice through the banner.
Marketing. We do not set marketing cookies and have no plans to do so.
3. The cookies and storage we set
| Name | Purpose | Storage | Retention | Category |
|---|---|---|---|---|
access_token | Short-lived JWT that authenticates your session. | Cookie (httpOnly, sameSite=lax) | 15 minutes | Strictly necessary |
refresh_token | Lets us renew your session without asking for a new magic link. | Cookie (httpOnly, sameSite=lax) | 30 days; revoked on sign-out | Strictly necessary |
binnion-cookie-consent | Records your choice on the consent banner. | localStorage | Until you clear it | Strictly necessary |
4. Your current choice
5. Browser-level controls
You can also clear or block cookies from your browser settings, or use private browsing. Note that blocking strictly-necessary cookies will sign you out and prevent the booking flow from working.
6. Updates
If we change the cookies we use, we will update this page and ask you to make a fresh choice. You can revisit this page at any time to review or change your settings.
